WALNUT MEAT RECIPE
SOAK WALNUTS IN SPRING WATER A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS. OVER NIGHT IS OPTIMAL.
ADD WALNUTS TO THE FOOD PROCESSOR FIRST
(FOR THE PROCESSOR I USE VISIT ELECTRIC PREP KITCHEN)
ADD BELL PEPPER AND ONION ON TOP
ADD SEA SALT AND FRESH TIME LAST
FOOD PROCESS ON HIGH UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY IS REACHED
(CAN BE EATEN CHUNKY OR SMOOTH)
TRANSFER TO A BOWL USING A RUBBER SPATULA. CAN BE STORED IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER IN THE FRIDGE FOR UP TO 1 WEEK. DEHYDRATE TO MAKE INTO WALNUT MEAT PATTIES OR WALNUT CRUMBLE.
