Instead of $200 a month for 2 massages, I spent the same amount to finance the chair and get daily massages 😉 Looks like a luxury but its financially sound and my body thanks me for it. I known it's a total win at 3am. I leaned into a wake up time I didn't like and just started my days at 3:30am (when I used to wake up like "wtf?"). Now I wake up. Have a massage and meditation in my chair. Yoga (still in my pjs) streamed from #Gaia. Then at least 15 minutes of rebounding using my YouTube Playlist. 4-5 times a week I follow it with at least 30 min in my chair sauna. This is what self care at home looks like every day.
